Offering only ONE event at a time

you will not share the building with any other event or with the public. 

We are proud to offer our entire space for your private wedding or celebration for:   $1,100 ++

Pricing includes set up of your floor plan that you have provided to us. 

Use of our grey underliner linen--we ask you to rent or provide a topper of your choice. 

6 foot round tables that can seat 10-12 guests 

Silver chiavari padded chairs

6 foot long banquet tables for display, seating charts, desserts etc.

Minimal clean up required: simply remove all personal items and we will do the rest. 

If the space is free the day prior we allow setup and decorating to be done in advance.  Although we can not guarantee this, we will update you on availability the week prior to your event. 

++ Note: All contracted items are subject to our 22% production fee and Ct State Sales tax 6.35%  

Events booked from May 1-October 31 are considered In Season and are required to book the entire building for Saturday events.  

November 1-April 31 is considered Off Season and can ask our GM about discounted pricing for use of individual spaces within the building on a Saturday.   

Events for all other days (other than Saturday) qualify for discounted pricing per the GM regarless of season.
